Our leadership, whose background exceeds over 100 years of combined RCM experience, began providing accounts receivable management services in the 1990s.

Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Satchel has over 20 years’ experience providing revenue cycle and consulting solutions to the healthcare industry. Prior to co-founding Amplus, Satchel served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for an NYSE publicly traded RCM firm.

LORI ZERN

Managing Director / Chief Operating Officer

Lori has more than 25 years’ experience leading revenue cycle operations for several large revenue cycle management (RCM) firms. Prior to co-founding Amplus, Lori served as Vice President of Operations for an NYSE publicly traded RCM firm.

DEL DAVENPORT

Managing Director / Chief Information Officer

Del has more than 20 years’ experience leading information services departments for large Healthcare RCM firms. Prior to co-founding Amplus, Del served as CIO for several privately held and publicly traded RCM firms.

MARK KEILH0LZ

Managing Director / Chief Financial Officer

Prior to co-founding Amplus, Mark served as Corporate Controller and Vice President Information Technology for a large international privately held aerospace company. Mark holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Cornell University and an MHA from the University of Washington.
